Payment Method

Instructions to pay online with Visa, MasterCard, American Express... Credit Card:

We accept VISA, MASTER or AMERICAN EXPRESS credit card payment. If you pay by credit card, please send to us the following documents for charging through bank includes:

- Copies of your passport
- Two sides of your credit card which will pay the cost
- The Authorization Letter that need your information, please fill in it and send back to us. Download Authorization Letter here

Note:

If you pay by credit/debit card, you will be charge 2% of your total amount due to processing fee from the bank. Therefore, please add 2% of your total amount pays to us.
In some cases, your transaction may be not successful due to:

•           In correct card information
•             Not enough credit balance (daily or monthly)
•             Your card has not been activated for online payment, you should contact the Issue Bank for the card activation.
•             In case you input correct card information but you did not receive the transaction result from the payment gateway or from us. Please do not try to make other payment. Contact us to get the transaction result and confirmation of the Order.

Bank Transfer

In case of transfer tour value through your bank, please realize that you must bear all bank transfer fee. Therefore, you should plus bank fee to your total payment, if you forget to include it we will charge it when you arrive Vietnam. Our bank details as follow:
